Where we work

Our team is based in Ashland and responds throughout the Rogue Valley, covering Jackson County and the adjacent edges of Josephine County. That includes the close-in cities along the I-5 corridor as well as the smaller unincorporated communities tucked into the surrounding foothills and valley floor. Southern Oregon’s mix of older downtown cores, mid-century subdivisions, and rural acreage means every job looks a little different, from slab foundations in newer builds to crawlspaces and plaster walls in century-old homes.

Coverage by distance

Cities closest to Ashland, including Talent and Phoenix, typically see a crew first simply because of proximity. Medford, Central Point, and Jacksonville follow shortly after, still well within normal same-day dispatch. Farther out toward Grants Pass or the outer edges of Jackson County, arrival takes longer, partly due to distance and partly due to the two-lane roads and mountain grades that connect the valley’s smaller towns. We don’t promise a clock-time arrival for every address; instead, our dispatcher tells you honestly where your call falls in the queue once the nearest crew is already rolling.
