If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Swept Away Restoration may text you about your service request or project: appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Swept Away Restoration collects your mobile number and your text opt-in consent (including when and how you gave it) only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and project-related records for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the work, support any related insurance claim, and meet recordkeeping obligations under Oregon contracting regulations. After that, information is archived or deleted on a reasonable schedule rather than kept indefinitely.
